MAS Museum aan de Stroom, Antwerp (BE) asked Karin Borghouts to make six new city portraits for the box ‘Antwerp Metropolis’ (Antwerpen Wereldstad) in its permanent exhibition on the fifth floor. Some old panoramic paintings of the city are in the exhibition as well and these were the inpiration to make the new photographs of people in architectural contemporary environments.
